At Impact Dog Crates, we want you and your canine companion to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of any pet hair or debris.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
